If you call after normal working hours, please leave a message and our office staff will call you back the next business day. Our answering service is available for emergencies for existing patients 24/7.
Like most medical practices, we request payment at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Cosmetic services are not covered by insurance and payment is due at the time of service, although we offer a convenient financing plan through CareCredit. Certain non-cosmetic procedures may be covered by private insurance or Medicare.
We’ll be sure to offer financial guidance before we perform any major procedures to help avoid surprises. However, the medical bill is ultimately the patient’s own responsibility, and patients are responsible for any portion of their medical bill not covered by their third-party payers.
Please note for your functional complaints, we will be billing your insurance provider for that component of the evaluation and any associated diagnostic procedures. Thank you.
